Shipping policy

SHIPPING FOR WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES
Worldwide shipping is included in the prices stated on the Pansar Sweden website for all our watch models.
For accessories the shipping fee will be calculated on the buy-out section.
We use door-to-door service. A tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.
Please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone no. and e-mail address.
Estimated delivery time within EU and US) 2-4 working days.
Estimated delivery time rest of the world) 2-5 working days.
Please note that all watches are built on order have 4-6 weeks delivery times.
 
All fees are covered within the European Union and you will not be held liable for any additional fees in order to receive your package.
If you live outside of the European Union (including the UK), only the purchase and the shipping fee is included in the price and NOT VAT and/or other duty fees/charges. These will be charged to you in addition to your purchase, normally by the carrier before you receive your package.
We do not have the possibility of estimating these fees and recommend you to check with your regional customs authority. Please note that should you, as the receiver, chose to decline these charges upon delivery, Corniche watches will have to settle them in order to get the shipment in return. This sum will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee. After an order has been transferred over to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on Pansar Sweden. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded.
 
All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Please inspect the delivery for damages carefully when you receive it and report to courier directly if any damage is found.
All watches are shipped from Sweden.
 
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your Pansar Sweden timepiece we offer a 14-days money back guarantee.
Items returned must be in un-used condition in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Returned items must be accompanied with the original invoice. Return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
In case of complaints, please contact info@pansarsweden.com before sending the watch back.
